- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
- No-shows are considered non-refundable.
5.2 Operator-Initiated Cancellation

- Guide illness
- Safety concerns
- Force majeure events
- Unforeseen operational limitations
If we cancel the tour, you may choose:
- A full refund, or
- Rebooking to another available date
We are not responsible for additional expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation).
6. Changes to Bookings
Changes to the date, time, or number of participants must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour.
We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute modifications.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients participating in tours must:
- Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
- Follow the instructions of the guide
- Comply with local laws and regulations
We reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals who:
- Are intoxicated
- Behave disruptively
- Threaten safety or comfort of others
No refund will be issued in such cases.
