Czech Landscapes & Architecture

Picturesque small medieval towns of historical Czech lands, Bohemia and Moravia, boast vividly coloured Baroque and Renaissance burgher houses lined along crooked lanes and sumptuous squares.

Moravian fields or Moravian Tuscany is a world famous area in the southeast of Czechia. Like at Palouse in USA or Tuscany in Italy the fields are specifically shaped and form beautiful sceneries when the sun is low. Sandstone towers, cliffs, gorges and table mountains are spread from Saxony across northern Czechia into southern Poland.

For photographers, these are highly attractive fairy tale like places. We will have an apt start in Czech-Saxon Switzerland, an area shared by Czechia and Germany
